WHOLESALE INFORMATION QUESTIONS:

How do I access wholesale information on the website?

In the Breeze is a wholesale only company. We need to verify your eligibility to order before you can access wholesale information on the website.

Current Customers: If you are a current customer with In the Breeze you will need to Register to access wholesale information on our new website. Once you have created a new username and password and completed your business information you will be prompted to enter the password you previously used to access wholesale information on our site.  Entry of this password will allow you to bypass the eligibility verification step and you will soon be on your way to placing your order. On return visits to the site you can just Sign In and start shopping!  Contact us at (800) 487-1417 if you have any questions.

New Customers: If you are a new customer please Register to submit your business information for us to review. You will be asked to provide information about your business. If you are eligible to order you will receive an approval email from In the Breeze.  We review submissions during our business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm PST.


What happens if I can't remember my username or password?

To protect your privacy we do not have access to your current password.  Click on the Forgot Password link and enter the email you used when you registered for an online account.  You will receive an email with your username and password information.


Why can't I log in to my account?

If you last ordered from InTheBreeze.com using our old website you will need to set up a new online account before you will be able to place an order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but strongly feel that the features offered through our new website will benefit our valued customers. Register here to set-up your new online account. Once you have created a new username and password and completed your business information you will be prompted to enter the password you previously used to access wholesale information on our site.  Entry of this password will allow you to bypass the eligibility verification step and you will soon be on your way to placing your order. Contact us at (800) 487-1417 if you have any questions.

For accounts created on our new website—our system stores the username and password exactly as you created them when you established your online account with InTheBreeze.com. If you are unable to log in to your account, the username and/or password do not match what is on file. Any differences in capitalization, punctuation, spacing or spelling will prevent you from accessing your account. To protect your privacy we do not have access to your current password. Click on the Forgot Password link and a copy of your username and password will be sent to the email you used when you registered for an account.


How do I place an order?

There are 3 easy ways to place an order with In the Breeze:

  • ONLINE: Register to shop online here and place your order through our secure website
  • PHONE: Contact our sales department at (800) 487-1417
  • FAX: Fill out our Order Form and fax your order to (541) 389-5478

What is your minimum order?
  • The minimum opening order for In the Breeze is $300.
  • The minimum order amount for subsequent orders is $200.
  • Orders below the posted minimums will not be accepted.

Can I be set up on terms?

In the Breeze requires prepayment on all customer orders until credit is approved. Net 30 Terms are available for our established customers only with approved credit and a signed Credit Application. Please contact us at (800) 487-1417 for a Credit Application. You will need to provide at least three Trade References and a Banking Reference. Please allow up to two weeks for processing credit requests (providing fax numbers for your Trade References can help to speed up the process). Any payment by credit card after being given Net Terms will be assessed a 2% processing fee.


What is the minimum order quantity per item?

The minimum order quantity per item varies depending on the product and the manufacturer, but a majority of items offered by In the Breeze are available with a one piece minimum. The minimum order quantity per item can be found on each product page.


What happens to backorders?

Backorders under $100 will be automatically cancelled from our system. For backorders over $100 you will receive a courtesy call notifying you that your backordered items are now available. At that time you will be able to confirm whether you would like us to ship the backordered items. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship and standard shipping costs do apply for backordered items.

SHOPPING ONLINE QUESTIONS:

Is ordering online secure?

InTheBreeze.com is equipped with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software which means that all personal data you submit (i.e name, address, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted during the transmission process. The information is password protected and can only be retrieved by our Customer Service Department.


What is the Save Cart feature?

The InTheBreeze.com site features a Save Cart option that allows customers to create a Saved Cart that can be loaded into your shopping cart at a later time. When using a Saved Cart you can modify it by changing quantities, as well as deleting or adding new items. Any number of Saved Carts can be created, allowing you to set up multiple custom carts for easier re-orders.

To utilize this feature, add your desired products to your shopping cart and before you complete the checkout process click on the Save Cart button at the bottom of the cart. You will be prompted to give the cart a name and click OK to save the cart. The items in this cart are now saved to your InTheBreeze.com account for easy access from any computer.

To retrieve a Saved Cart for future shopping click on the Cart link in the upper right hand corner to access your empty cart. Click on the Use Cart link next to the Saved Cart you want to access and your items will be added to your cart. You can modify quantities and add or delete items at this time. When you are done modifying the cart you can choose to save this new cart to replace the existing cart or give it a new name to save both cart versions. Please note that if you are planning to use a Saved Cart you should load the Saved Cart BEFORE you start adding new products to your cart because the cart will be cleared when the Saved Cart is loaded.


How do I remove items from my Shopping Cart?

Click on the Cart link in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Once you are in your shopping cart, click on the Delete button next to the item and the item will be removed from your cart.


How do I know my order was accepted?

You will see a confirmation page after you submit your order. You will also receive an email shortly that contains all of the information about your order.


Why didn't I receive an Order Confirmation email?

If you do not receive the order confirmation email please check your account settings at InTheBreeze.com to ensure that your email address is entered correctly. Also check your Junk or Spam email folder to make sure that emails from info@inthebreeze.com are not being blocked by your email provider.


Why can't I add items to my Shopping Cart?

InTheBreeze.com uses 'cookies' to keep track of the items in your shopping cart. Cookies are bits of information created by websites that are stored on your computer in the form of a very small text file. Most internet shopping carts use cookies to keep track of user information during the shopping process. If cookies are disabled in your internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), then the shopping cart feature will not work for you.

My cookies are enabled, why am I still having trouble with the Shopping Cart?

If cookies are enabled on your browser and you are still having trouble it is likely an issue with a corrupted cookie or cache. We recommend clearing your cookies and cache, restarting your browser and trying again. This process will usually correct the underlying issue.

I placed some items in my cart and now they are no longer there. Where did they go?

InTheBreeze.com uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping cart. If your browser is set to clear cookies when the browser window is closed the cart will be cleared. The cookie functionality is specific to the computer and the internet browser used so if you are trying to access your cart from another computer or a different browser you will not have access to the items you previously placed in your shopping cart. InTheBreeze.com features a SAVE CART function that actually saves the shopping cart items to your account so that you are able to access the items regardless of the computer or browser that you are using. SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

When will my order ship?

Unless you specify a future ship date, any in-stock products on orders processed before 1:00 pm (PST) will ship out the same day.


What is the estimated delivery time?

Standard delivery orders are shipped via UPS Ground and generally will arrive in 1 to 6 business days depending on your shipping zone. Click here for a UPS map showing estimated delivery time.


What shipping method will In the Breeze use to deliver my order?

For orders in the 48 contiguous states, orders are shipped via UPS Ground. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska and International orders we use USPS Priority Mail. For faster delivery we do offer next day and two or three day air shipping (additional shipping charges will apply).


What will freight be for my order?

All orders are shipped FOB Bend, Oregon. Shipping costs are not automatically calculated when your order is placed online. The total shown on your order confirmation does not include your shipping costs.

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order. Your order will be packed, weighed and measured. UPS Shipping rates are based on actual weight or dimensional weight (whichever is greater) and are calculated by the UPS Shipping computer program. For example: if you are buying light items that are large in size the rate is determined by the size of the box, not the actual weight of the products in it. In the Breeze does not add a handling fee to your order—you will only be charged the actual shipping cost from the delivery company. OVERSIZE ITEMS: Please note that any product packages measuring 48" or larger are assessed additional shipping charges by the carrier.

For standard UPS Ground delivery estimated shipping costs are generally between 12% to 20% of your order total. Combination orders with long and wide items or lesser value orders can be even greater than 20% of your order total.

FOR HAWAII AND ALASKA ORDERS:
Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Please notify us if you prefer a different shipping method. Estimated shipping cost is 20% to 25% of your order total. USPS rates are based on weight and dimensions and combination orders with long and wide items or with lesser value can exceed these shipping cost estimates.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Please notify us if you prefer a different shipping method. For orders to Canada estimated shipping is 20% to 25% of order total. For orders to Europe and Australia estimated shipping is 30% to 35% of order total. USPS rates are based on weight and dimensions and combination orders with long and wide items or with lesser value can exceed these international shipping estimates.


What will freight be if I expedite this order?

For faster delivery we do offer UPS Next Day, UPS 2 Day and UPS 3 Day air shipping. Air shipment rates are based on weight and dimensions. Combination orders with long and wide items or with lesser value can exceed the shipping cost estimates below.

  • UPS Next Day Air estimated shipping cost is 50% of order total - please note that orders for UPS Next Day Air need to be placed by 12:00 pm (PST)
  • UPS 2 Day Air estimated shipping cost is 40% of order total
  • UPS 3 Day Air estimated shipping cost is 30% of order total

Do you drop ship?

In the Breeze does not drop ship orders.


Can you ship via USPS, FedEx or another shipping company?

Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground for the 48 contiguous states and USPS Priority Mail for Hawaii, Alaska and International orders. Please contact us at (800) 487-1417 to discuss whether another shipping method is available for your order.

Visit the Specials page for products currently on sale. The products featured on the Specials page change frequently and are limited to stock on hand. In order to receive the Special pricing your order must be placed online.


Does In the Breeze offer custom products?

Yes, In the Breeze does offer custom product designs. Please contact our graphic design department at (800) 487-1417 for more information on custom orders. Custom orders are subject to a 300+ piece minimum order quantity depending on the item and custom orders are not available for all product styles.
